Front Desk Medical Receptionist/Scheduler

A family-owned orthopedic out-patient clinic located on the white shores of Destin, FL is seeking a front office medical receptionist. The ideal applicant must enjoy helping people and is happiest when doing so. If this sounds like you, give us a call. We would love to hear from you. We will train you. We are looking for highly motivated individuals to start part-time/full-time (24-40 hours per week Mon-Fri). We open at 7:00 AM Monday through Friday and close 6:30 PM Monday through Thursday and 5:00 PM on Friday. We also offer a full-time 4 day work week flex option for those who are interested.

We are a small clinic that prioritizes patient centered care. As such we have a one-on-one patient to therapist model. We are looking for someone who can add value to our growing clinic.

We are looking for those that are technically proficient with most computer office/productivity software. Money handling is required. We also have a Spanish speaking therapist on staff and encourage those who are multilingual to apply.

We are also seeking to open a second clinic and introduce growth opportunities for highly qualified and motivated team members. We are looking for those who maximize productivity and minimize personal tasks. Come join our growing team!

Qualifications: Own transportation, previous office experience and professional references.
