Front Desk Manager

We are a busy fast paced and energetic office. We need someone who can greet patients, schedule patients, answer phones, check patient in and check patient out, ins paperwork, inventory, helping wherever needed, pull files for next day, collect money, answering phones, fill and package phone orders. The Front Desk manages money, needs to be friendly and happy. The Front Desk is the first face a patient sees and the last. Must be a people person.

Need to have computer experience and have some math skills.

Hours: Mon - Wed 8:45am to 6:00pm Thurs: Variable Fri: 8:45am - 4:00pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
