Director of First Impressions
This position will require an ambitious and dedicated person who can handle a fast paced environment and finds creative ways to overcome challenges. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, comfortable with computers, learning new software and systems and a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
● Daily operations at the Front Desk including accounts receivables, phone calls, resident relations, and maintenance.
● Review and document resident applications.
● Monitor the applicant list.
● Ensure all property marketing and follow-ups are completed as required.
● Assist with delinquency and eviction processes as needed.
● Ensure all processes are updated in the property management software.
● Special Projects as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications:
● Highly organized individual and able to handle a very busy workload.
● Effective communicator with great people skills.
● Highly proficient with MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
● Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
● Bilingual is a plus.
