Front Desk Dental Receptionist Bilingual

Front DeskReceptionist Bilingual English & Spanish

Work days needed: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesdays and some Thursdays 7:30am to 5:00pm or until finished for the day.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with patient inquiries
- Verify insurance information and collect co-payments
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Assist with medical administrative support tasks as needed
- Manage patient flow and ensure timely check-in and check-out processes
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations of the Front Desk area

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Front Desk receptionist in a medical or dental office is required
- Familiarity with Dental Receptionist duties and dental office procedures is a plus
- Proficiency in using electronic Dental record systems
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Spanish
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of dental terminology is an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 26 – 34 per week
