This young and growing practice focuses on fabricating and delivering oral appliances to patients who have Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) so if you are interested in learning about the field of dental sleep medicine and helping people sleep better and improving their overall health, this job is for you.
Must be able to multitask, have great customer service, schedule appointments, manage patient flow, verification of insurance, answer calls, and track new patients.

- Our team members efficiently and accurately process various administrative duties in accordance with company and industry standards.
- This is a full-time position with office hours of 8:00-5:00 or 8:30-5:00, Monday - Friday. Hybrid of remote and in-office for follow-up appointments.
- Will be issued and be responsible for a company laptop and phone.

Responsibilities:
- Field calls during the day and schedule new patients.
- Communicate via written correspondence and/or telephone / EFax.
- Track patients and cases with spreadsheets.
- Follow-up patient appointments (will be trained)
Position Qualifications:
- 1-3 years general work experience.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must have experience in a medical office environment and knowledge of demeanor in a medical office setting.
- Outstanding customer service skills; Compassion, Cheerfulness,
- Enthusiasm, and Self-confidence with patients and co-workers
- Excellent Communication/Telephone skills
- Attention to detail, Willingness to learn, and Flexibility
- Open to training / webinars
- Good organizational, time management, and customer service skills.
- Computer literate.
- Must know how to use office equipment such as scanner, fax machine, printer, etc.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, and Excel is required.
- Ability to work required hours during the week.
- Must be extremely organized, self-sufficient, and dependable.
- Must be proactive, self-starting, driven, and good with time-management - a rock star!
- Must be comfortable working independently off site.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must have a non-criminal background.
- Must have reliable means of transportation.
Any experience in the following areas a plus:
Healthcare (Assisting or Administrative) whether it's Medical/Dental/Optometry, etc. and Sales/Marketing (Pharmaceutical sales).
This is a full-time position which will be a combination of remote and in-office work.
Compensation:Starting at base rate $15/hr (depending on experience) with possible raise after 3-6 months depending on performance eval. Great potential for Bonuses based on your drive to succeed and help grow the business. (Bonus system will be discussed)
