- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls
- Schedule appointments and manage the salon calendar
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
Experience:
- Customer Service
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling multiple phone lines
- Familiarity with salon terminology is a plus
- Strong organizational skills to manage appointments and client records effectively
- Ability to operate office equipment such as computers, printers, and phone systems
