Front Desk Coordinator

Seeking an experienced Front Desk Coordinator to join the team at a newly established Endodontic specialty startup. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily operations of the Front Desk, including greeting guests, answering phones, managing appointments, and verifying insurance. The Front Desk Coordinator must be organized and detail-oriented, with excellent customer service skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality customer service. Must have prior experience working in a dental office! As our office commences operations, there are abundant prospects for advancement tailored to the suitable candidate. The anticipated start date for this position is projected to be around mid-February.

Duties:

• greeting and checking-in patients
• scheduling patients and maintaining calendar
• answer phones to manage patient inquiries
• verifying insurance, collecting payments, submitting insurance claims
• assisting patients with billing questions
• Managing and organizing electronic patient records
• and other administrative duties.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years dental experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Insurance knowledge
• TDO software experience preferred (not required)
• Interest in being cross trained as dental assistant

Compensation:

• $25 an hour
• Paid Time Off

Schedule

• Part time & full time positions available
• Monday - Friday
• Hours: ~8AM-4PM (subject to change)
