Orthodontic Front Desk Coordinator

We are looking for a professional and reliable candidate with a captivating attitude to greet our patients as they arrive to our practice! The candidate will be a Front Desk receptionist and will aim to provide each of our patients with the ultimate customer service. Our patient-centered care is top-notch, so please do not apply unless you can provide a polished, professional presentation on a daily basis. We are located in 3 convenient locations. Administrative, customer service, and dental experience is a plus but we are willing to train the right candidate that fits our culture. This position is a full time position. No weekends. Orthodontist Office Receptionist Qualifications:

-Dental/Orthodontic experience preferred

- Punctual, consistent, and reliable in performance

- Professional attitude and appearance

- Listening, Communication, and Phone skills is a must

- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment

- Able to handle challenging situations while multitasking and the proper decision making

- Confident and positive in spirit and presentation at all times
