Front Desk Coordinator

Kenneth Shuler School of Cosmetology is looking for a Front Desk Coordinator.

This position holds a vital role in the company as it is the first person our clients and student either speak to or meet. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is outgoing, friendly, and customer service oriented. They must love working with a team and have to ability to multi-task.

The Front Desk Coordinator responsibilities include:

• Using Meevo Point of Sale system
• Scheduling appointments
• Checking clients in and out for services
• Answering multiple phone lines
• Maintaining cleanliness of the assigned areas
• Upselling services and products
• Inventory Control
• Utilizing scripts
• Meeting weekly appointment goals
• Marketing to current and past customers

We are looking for someone who:

Has sales experience

Salon experience (not required but a plus)

Point of Sales system knowledge

Computer skills a must

Energetic and Enthusiastic

Professional Appearance and Attitude

Priority management skills

Does not get stressed or flustered easily

Multi Tasking is a MUST!
