Job Description: Receptionist
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the office calendar
- Coordinate projects and tasks to ensure efficient workflow
- Assist with medical office tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Serve as a personal assistant to the office manager, assisting with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of medical office procedures and terminology is a plus
- Proficiency in using Google Suite and other office software applications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive information
