We are seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing high-end appliance company, providing employees with a friendly, professional office setting. Most of our team with our firm anywhere from 5-15+ years, where we work hard, play hard, with a great work-life balance. For the right candidate, we will consider new graduates!

- Location: Stamford, CT
- Schedule: Monday – Friday / 8a – 5p
- Salary: $40k - $53k / $20.00 - $25.00+ per hr. (DOE)

OVERVIEW OF SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- High level of hospitality management, coordinating incoming purchases, outgoing products, and will cross functionally work with the accounting dept.
- Correspond with new vendors and or clients, generating purchase orders, and processes invoices to support operations.
- Assist with budgetary tracking, monitoring, and expense reporting.
- Assists with preparing and maintaining capital assets for showroom and capital improvement projects.
- Maintains relationship with the professional contractors supporting the team with product installers, cabinet makers, maintenance members.
- Oversight and communications with vendor to maintain daily calendar of showroom programming/events.
- Acquires quotes and bids from vendors.
- Interface with and schedule showroom maintenance vendors and repair teams.
- Answering main office phone line, routing calls to the proper department/person & dictating notes.
- Professional demeanor, reliable, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
- Provide administrative support for events held at the showroom and collaborates with the showroom team.
- Assist with the oversight of the showroom purchasing and inventory, order replacement supplies.
- Follow ups via phone and email communications, as well as updates.
- Answer phone inquiries and schedule appointments for new clients.
- Provide information to callers; find appropriate resources to help answer caller’s questions and requests.
- Enters contact & visit details for visitors in database.
- Creates reports monthly for showroom management.
- Shares updated database with corporate e-Marketing team.
- May be asked to handle consumer, designer, builder, appointments, walk-ins, and training guests, when needed.
- Demonstrates product functionality and features & benefits to promote the selection of Bosch, Miele, Viking, La Cornue, Thermador and Gaggenau products to name a few.
- Assists with a variety of reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma (Required) / Associates or Bachelor’s (Preferred, but not required)
- Must demonstrate good judgment and discretion when exposed to confidential information
- Occasional evening or weekend events may require unusual hours
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer skills and aptitude to learn applications, as needed
