Front Desk Coordinator
Position Summary: Responsible for greeting visitors, answering telephones, and performing general administrative tasks.

Front Desk Coordinator Responsibilites
- Greet visitors and assist with signing in process. Maintain daily visitor log and manage list of employees in visitor system.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls. Take and deliver messages as needed.
- Assist with the scheduling of meetings. Maintain and post conference room schedules
- Order and manage inventory of supply items including office supplies, toner, breakroom supplies and beverages for visitors. Perform cost comparisons.
- Coordinate service and supplies with coffee and breakroom supply vendors. Verify orders and approve invoices.
- Assist with the planning and carrying out company functions, celebrations and social events.
- Assist with company data entry, reports or special projects

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/CERTIFICATIONS: Requires high school diploma with one plus years of experience. Associates degree or an equivalent combination of education/work experience preferred.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to alphabetize. Possess clear and professional verbal and written communicate skills. Ability to write routine correspondence. Ability to present information effectively using verbal, listening and written communication with customers, vendors, and employees.
MATH SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, numerically sequence and perform basic calculations. Accuracy and good proofreading skills.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to understand and follow written or verbal instructions. Ability to resolve problems involving multiple variables and make time effective decisions successfully. Able to maintain confidential customer and company information.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Requires the ability to operate standard office equipment, including a ten-key calculator, computer and keyboard, multi-line telephone, FAX, photocopier, etc. Proficient with MS Office – Excel, Word, Outlook. Ability to create, edit and work in spreadsheets.
