Your Responsibilities…
- Greet and welcome patients
- Answering phones
- Scheduling multi-provider schedule
- Pre-scheduling plans of care
- Collect payments, both cash and credit card, and reconcile daily
- Data entry in clinic EMR system: ChiroTouch (bonus if you’ve used ChiroTouch)
- Ensure each patient has a great customer experience
- Various office administrative duties, including but not limited to mail, scanning, filing, retail stocking and office supply management
- Process insurance authorizations to determine number of visits approved
- Contact patients to collect outstanding balances
- Manage patient payment arrangements and ensure payments are timely
- Process patient medical records requests
- Coordinate staff events and lunches
- Send patient statements
- Maintain proper office cleaning
- Assist the billing team with insurance verification
- Other tasks as required

Qualifications Required:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Knowledge of and skill in using computers, Microsoft Office products (primarily Word and Excel) and PowerPoint
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong time management and organizational skills
