Busy Edina chiropractic clinic seeks an out-going, enthusiastic and organized person with a SPARKLY PERSONALITY to join our team as our Front Desk/Social Media Coordinator. We are looking for a new team member who can provide outstanding customer service while creating a warm and professional welcome to our busy chiropractic clinic. Additionally, this candidate has a passion and enthusiasm for natural health care, excellent communication skills, Social Media expertise, basic bookkeeping skills and is detail oriented.
The hours for this position are approximately 35 hours/week. Must be available for all of the hours posted.
Monday: 7:45am-6:00pm* (1 hour for lunch)
Tuesday: 1:30am-6:00pm
Wednesday: 7:45am-6:00pm* (1 hour for lunch)
Thursday: 12:30pm-6:30pm*
Friday: 7:45am-1:30pm
*End of day times are approximate depending on clinic staffing needs at the end of the day.
Attributes and skills we are looking for:

· Familiarity with creating content and posting to various social media platforms including Facebook & Instagram
· Creative graphic and design skills
· Proficient use of Canva and CapCut or other video editing software to create posters/flyers/materials to use in clinic and social media.
Daily tasks and responsibilities include:
· Handling incoming calls from new patients & scheduling them in our chiropractic software (Chirotouch) and following up on new patient leads
· Creating content for videos/flyers/posters/materials for use in the clinic and social media
· Strategic planning: creating new campaign ideas, marketing methods
· Posting to social media (Facebook and Instagram)
· Handling the front desk: answering phones, scheduling appointments, collecting money, scanning,
· Filing and other administrative office tasks
