Concierge (Front-Desk Reception)

Part-Time Position

Weekends Only Shift

8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Position Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the facility
• Create a welcoming and secure environment for guests, residents and staff
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls, or other inquiries as needed
• Responds to emergencies that may arise and/or delegate to appropriate parties to handle
• Provide administrative support via office supply ordering, mail package intake, record keeping, distribution of event information, etc.
• Some driving/transportation may be needed occasionally

To be successful in this role:

• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality while working both independently & cooperatively on a team
• Excellent listening, communication, hospitality/customer service skills
• Experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
