Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring accurate and efficient processing
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of information
- Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as required
Experience:
- Previous experience in guest relations or hotel management is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using Front Desk software and office equipment
- Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus
