Salary### Job Overview: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. ### Duties: - Greet guests and check them in/out efficiently and accurately - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally - Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area - Assist with reservations and manage room assignments - Process payments and maintain accurate records - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction - Handle phone calls and messages with proper phone etiquette - Assist with guest luggage, transportation arrangements, and other concierge services as needed ### Requirements: - Previous experience in hospitality or Front Desk role preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in using phone systems and computer software - Multilingual skills are a plus - Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities - Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism - Knowledge of hotel operations and guest relations - High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality management is a plus Join our team as a Front Desk Agent and be part of creating memorable experiences for our guests.
