Responsibilities
- Greet and direct patients and visitors
- Answer incoming calls and schedule accordingly
- Provide basic information about the practice
- Monitor patient rooms and collect payments
- Schedule appointments and run payments
- Collect co-pays, co-ins, and deductibles
- Schedule follow-up appointments
- Answer any questions or make any additional requests of the patient
- Maintain current, accurate, and complete medical records
- Follow up with patients after their appointments to ensure satisfaction and retention
Skills
- Proven working experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role (1-2 years) is preferred but not required.
Benefits:
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.50 - $13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
