Front Desk Agent
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Register guests and assign rooms, ensuring all necessary information is obtained
- Answer phone calls and provide information to guests or transfer calls to appropriate departments
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and services
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information and transactions
- Problem-solving skills to address guest concerns or issues
