SalaryWe are seeking a Front Desk receptionist/assistant in a busy chiropractic and medical integrated clinic. The preferred candidate has to be friendly, a dedicated learner, problem solver, and have exceptional computer skills. Phone, computer, and organizational skills are required. You will be answering phones about all services we provide, verifying patients' health insurance, filing daily paperwork, scheduling appointments for multiple providers, handling all payments, and any additional duties as needed.
The most important qualities we are looking for in a candidate are proficient computer skills and must have a friendly demeanor. As the receptionist you will act as the "face" of the clinic, and it will be your responsibility to ensure that each visitor is greeted with a warm welcome. The candidate must have a can-do attitude to assist, not only all patients, but fellow clinical staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
