Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist

Duties:
- Greet patients and provide excellent customer service
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Assist with patient intake, including collecting and updating patient information
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits. Laundry duties.
- Assist the chiropractor during patient examinations and treatments is a must.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, organizing records, and managing office supplies
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries

Experience:
- Previous experience working in a chiropractic office or healthcare setting is preferred but not required
- Computer Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly with desire to learn
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping is a must
