Mind and Spine Chiropractic is looking for a Chiropractic Assistant!

We are a growing chiropractic office in Hendersonville, TN. We believe in outstanding customer service and compassion for our patients. Our mission is to get more people in this community under chiropractic care to provide natural pain relief and improve quality of life. We believe the power that made the body heals the body, and our goal is to improve the health of our patients with chiropractic adjustments, manual therapy, and lifestyle modifications.

The Chiropractic Assistant will work with our incredible team to provide quality patient care and assist in the daily activities of the practice. CA's will also be expected to assist in practice growth activities such as internal and external promotional events, social media engagement, and the overall promotion of chiropractic healthcare.

Job responsibilities:

- answering phone calls

- scheduling patient treatment plans

- contacting local businesses and setting up wellness screenings

- assisting in passive therapies

- keeping the office clean

- tracking office statistics and patient visits

- verifying patient insurance coverage and communicating benefits with patients

- submitting and reconciling medical billing claims

- providing outstanding customer service to our patients

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Evening shift

Experience:

• Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
• Computer skills: 2 years (Preferred)
• Medical billing: 1 year (Preferred)
