Front Desk Associate/Food And Beverage Sales

Clock Tower Pickleball is new indoor pickleball facility in Ashland, MA. Pickleball is the fastest growing sport in America and we found the perfect spot to add to the craze. We will have four courts available to reserve as well as a full bar and kitchen. Our goal is to provide our guests with a fun atmosphere to play their favorite sport and then enjoy great food and drinks.

We will be opening in 2 phases.

Phase 1: The pickleball courts will be open for play by mid March. During this time we will have membership sign-ups as well as open court reservations for members and non-members. While our bar and kitchen are still being finalized, we will offer snacks and bottled non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages.

Phase 2: Starting in May, we will open a brand new bar and kitchen for our guests to socialize in and enjoy after pickleball. This will also create opportunities for employees to bartend if desired $$$.

Responsibilities
- Provide a seamless and welcoming guest experience through check-in and game play
- Maintain reservation schedule
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Maintain a welcoming and professional environment, ensuring cleanliness throughout the courts, practice and seating areas
- Assist with court assignments
- Check-out guests purchasing merchandise, snacks, non alcoholic and alcoholic beverages
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction

Qualifications

**MUST BE 18+** - We sell alcoholic beverages. You must be 18 or older to serve alcohol.

Must Have Weekend Availability

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- Bartender or server experience a plus
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic office equipment a plus
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to handle various situations with professionalism
- Knowledge of guest services principles and practices
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask

As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, ability to handle various tasks, and attention to detail will contribute to the overall success of our business.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 13 – 19 per week
