Front Desk Associate

Identity Signs in Daphne, AL is looking for a part-time Front Desk Associate to join our team! We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and organized candidate to join our growing office.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, providing information about our services, pricing, and order process.
• Receive and process orders, ensuring accuracy in specifications, quantities, and deadlines.
• Provide quotes and estimates for print projects based on client requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area.
• Handle payments, process invoices, and maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Manage appointment scheduling for consultations, print pickup, and other services.
• Handle customer feedback and concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding confidentiality, security, and safety.

Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including email, Microsoft, Dropbox, and Quickbooks.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and a courteous demeanor.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer interactions diplomatically.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
