SalaryBusy private practice in St. Joseph, Michigan looking to add a Font Desk Receptionist to our amazing team of 13 clinicians and 4 equally amazing administrative support staff. Fun, positive atmosphere, honest and ethical business practices and, most of all, we LOVE helping people get better!
This position will schedule client appointments, process payments, handle phone calls, and complete tasks given by the clinicians. This role will be expected to handle a fast paced environment, juggle multiple tasks at once, switch gears quickly, use technology effectively, have a high attention to detail, possess strong communication skills, and provide quality customer service.
This is a part-time position and the hours will vary from quarter to quarter (every three to four months) as well as be available to work during typical business hours on days where there is a need. The total hours may vary but will generally be between 15 to 20 hours a week.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
