Job Ad: Compliance and Scheduling Coordinator at Montessori Children's Center

Are you organized, diligent, and proactive? Montessori Children's Center (MCC) is a faith-based school and childcare program looking for a Compliance and Scheduling Coordinator to assist the principal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor center for compliance with licensing regulations.
• Manage and update child records and staff schedules.
• Maintain inventory records and manage supply stocking and equipment maintenance.
• Serve as a positive role model in punctuality, appearance, and adherence to our standards.
• Support the development of community relations and handle visitor and parent inquiries professionally.
• Step in to cover classrooms as needed to ensure ratios are met.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in HR or other administrative roles.
• Ability to learn and monitor the implementation of licensing regulations.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• A positive attitude and the ability to lead by example in creating a positive culture and teamwork.
• Excellent communication skills with clarity and kindness.
• Ability to responsibly assist in or manage a classroom on a short-term basis.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.86 - $23.92 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
