Front Desk Associate: Transform 180 - Madison Park

Transform 180 Training is actively seeking a dynamic Front Desk Associate for our Madison Park location. If you have a passion for fitness, excellent communication skills, and a knack for sales, this could be the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist members with inquiries

- Manage check-ins and provide general support to members

- Handle phone and email communication effectively

- Assist with scheduling and member account management

- Maintain a clean and welcoming Front Desk area

Requirements:

- Reliable method of transportation

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic computer skills required; experience with Mindbody online is a plus

- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy environment

- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a willingness to chat and engage with members

- Availability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and evenings

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
