Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients and answer phones in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent patient care by addressing inquiries
- Assist patients with appointments, check-outs, and other Front Desk-related tasks
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions
- Verify insurance benefits for patients
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
- Knowledge of dental practice management software is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with dental industry standards and practices
As a Front Desk Associate / Patient Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing them with exceptional service throughout their stay.
