Front Desk Associate

Orthodontic practice with three offices in Middletown, Newark and Smyrna, Delaware, is looking to add a key member to our team. We are looking for an outstanding Front Desk Associate that will be fully committed to our patients, their families, our team and Doctors!

We require an organized, reliable, and motivated individual. Our fast paced, fun office is looking for a positive customer service oriented person to join our expanding team! Responsibilities include: cheerfully greeting patients, answering phones, communicating with patients through text messaging and email, verifying patient insurance benefits, maintaining accurate patient records and contracts. Professional demeanor and a positive attitude is a must. **The ideal candidate will be proficient using dental scheduling software. FT with benefits including: Dental Insurance, PTO, 401K/profit sharing and uniforms, employee discount. Required experience:* Customer Service: 1 year*.
