Front Desk Associate (Part-Time)

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hotel Front Desk Associate. Responsibilities:

Guest Services:Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with the check-in/check-out process.
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

Reservation Management:Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications to ensure accurate room availability.
Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for guest arrivals.
Utilize the hotel management system to maintain accurate guest records.

Administrative Duties:Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and courteously.
Complete administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and reporting.
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.

Security and Safety:Monitor and ensure the security of the lobby area.
Follow established procedures for guest and employee safety.
Report any suspicious activity or safety hazards to the appropriate department.

Live-On-Site Responsibilities:Provide after-hours assistance for late check-ins or guest emergencies.
Be available for occasional overnight shifts to handle late-night arrivals and emergencies.
Respond to on-site issues promptly and coordinate with relevant departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $9.00 - $9.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 32 per week
