- Master the art of scheduling and managing appointments, keeping everything running like a well-oiled machine.
- Answer patient inquiries, share information about our fantastic services, and address any concerns with grace and charm.
- Dive into paperwork with precision, handling patient intake, insurance verification, and payment processing with ease.
- Collaborate with our spa team to create a clean, organized, and welcoming environment that's second to none.
- Keep things in check by managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
- Showcase your ninja-like skills in general administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
Qualifications:
- Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred, but if you've got the skills, we want to hear from you!
- Previous experience in customer service or administration, especially in a medical or spa setting, is a bonus.
- Know your way around Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software? Even better!
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
