- 1+ years’ experience in a fast paced, customer service centric environment
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Strong problem solving and multitasking skills
- Motivation, drive and reliability
- Sell memberships and retail
- Retain and increase client participation
- Set up, clean, and reset studio equipment after each session
- Maintain clean facility
- Promote, sell and add to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio
