POSITION: 40 Help Desk Associate
SALARY RANGE: $38,000 - $48,000

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION FUNCTION: As a Help Desk Associate, you will play a critical role in providing technical support to our employees, helping them overcome various IT-related issues. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about technology, enjoy problem-solving, and want to pursue a career in the IT. Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to end users via phone, email, or remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
- Document and track support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Assist with account management, password resets, and access control.
- Collaborate with senior IT professionals to escalate complex issues as needed.
- Director, Depcon and statement processing
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to enhance your skills.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive client experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or coursework in IT is a plus.
- Strong passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow in the IT field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating system.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and common business applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A customer-focused mindset and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
