POSITION: 40 Help Desk Associate

SALARY RANGE: $38,000 - $48,000

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION FUNCTION: As a Help Desk Associate, you will play a critical role in providing technical support to our employees, helping them overcome various IT-related issues. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about technology, enjoy problem-solving, and want to pursue a career in the IT. You will receive comprehensive training and guidance to excel in this role.

** Hours could vary – must be flexible.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support to end users via phone, email, or remote desktop tools.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
• Document and track support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system.
• Assist with account management, password resets, and access control.
• Collaborate with senior IT professionals to escalate complex issues as needed.
• Director, Depcon and statement processing
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to enhance your skills.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive client experience.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or coursework in IT is a plus.
• Strong passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow in the IT field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating system.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and common business applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A customer-focused mindset and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
