**Front Desk Agent** **Responsibilities:** - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously - Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area - Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications - Process payments and maintain accurate records - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction - Perform night audit duties as required **Requirements:** - Previous experience in guest relations or hospitality preferred - Bilingual/multilingual skills highly desirable - Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong customer service orientation - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail - Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment - Familiarity with hospitality management software is an advantage - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Join our team as a Front Desk Agent and be part of creating memorable experiences for our guests.
