In your role your primary focus will be to provide and facilitate an exceptional patient experience!
Skills
- Responsible for opening/closing office
- Greet and check-in patients for appointments.
- Verify with the patient's that their paperwork is completed.
- Assist other departments when needed.
- Cross train to cover in-take when needed which entails the job duties below.
- Ensure copays are collected.
- Create and review treatment estimates with consult patients.
- Update patient records
- Process X-rays and doctor referrals to patient chart
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
Qualifications
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service focused, Organizational skills, Time Management
- Dental office experience
