Unlike any fitness studio of its kind, SPENGA combines three essential elements of fitness to create what's simply known as the best workout ever. Our unique studio fills a gap in the fitness market and delivers cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility training in every session.

**Ideal Availability**

• We are open to candidates with 10-30 hours per week of availability
• We are seeking a candidate that can open OR close the Studio!
  • Open: Available early as 5am
  • Close: Available late as 8:30pm

Position Summary:

The Front Desk Associate will need to be energetic and efficient individual who warmly welcomes and takes care of members.

This individual will be the first person to greet and interact with our members and prospective members. The Front Desk Associate will Welcome members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly, positive environment in the SPENGA Arlington Heights Studio.

Beyond exuding excellent member relations, the front desk associate will..

• Open or Close the Studio if on the early morning or evening shift
• Register all guests into the studio using the proper procedure
• Accurately follow the daily studio cleaning checklist (pre/during/post)
• Maintain an organized and clean lobby/front desk area.
• Processing accurate membership transactions (contracts, retail, other packages)
• Follow up and follow through with all prospective clients
• Respond immediately to member requests, inquiries, and concerns.
• Conduct proper on-boarding all new SPENGA AH Members
• Work closely with Instructors to ensure that members have first-class experience every time they visit
• Attend and participate in all relative SPENGA training programs.

• A passion for people and fitness
• Must be attentive, outgoing, positive, friendly and engaging
• Needs to be willing to sell memberships through a consultative approach
• Demonstrated and outstanding customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy, high-energy environment.
