Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out, ensuring all necessary information is obtained and accurately recorded
- Answer phone calls and provide assistance or transfer calls to the appropriate department
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Assist with reservations and ensure accurate booking information
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Resolve guest complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written skills
- Proficient in phone etiquette and operating phone systems
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of hospitality management software is a plus
- Flexibility to work night audit shifts as needed
