SalaryAs a representative of Arizona Dynamics; the Front Desk is the “Face of the Business”. This role demands an outgoing, personable, enthusiastic personality. Dependability is a must! We are hiring for our Chandler location. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. We are seeking someone who is looking for 15 - 25 hrs a week; able to work a mix of week days shifts from 3:30p - 8:45p - included in the mix would be Friday night or a shift on Saturday between (8:30 - 2:30).
Arizona Dynamics Gymnastics is a family owned and operated business offering programs for children of all ages, experience and abilities. We have a wide variety of class options for both the competitive and non-competitive child. It's a high volume gym with lots of positive energy, but can get noisy and the action comes in waves, so you must be able to go with the flow and handle that type of environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assist them with class enrollments
- Manage online enrollment requests and phone calls
- Provide information about our classes, tuition costs, and payment schedules
- Suggest additional classes, camps, or events when appropriate
- Assist parents, kids, and coaches with various requests
- Help maintain facilities performing various cleaning duties as directed
Skills
- Friendly, personable, confident and positive energy
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with a computer keyboard; able to toggle between screens or tabs, use drop-down boxes, and able to learn new software apps
- Solid math skills to handle proration of monthly tuition fees
- A background in sports is recommended. Gymnastics is a plus!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.35 - $16.50 per hour

- Day shift
- Evening shift
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
