Responsibilities:
Customer Service Excellence:
- Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally.
- Provide clear communication regarding medical spa services, promotions, and policies.
- Address inquiries, schedule appointments, and resolve guest concerns promptly.
Appointment Management:
- Efficiently manage the appointment schedule using scheduling software.
- Coordinate with service providers to optimize scheduling and minimize downtime.
- Maintain accuracy in the daily schedule adjustments.
Administrative Tasks:
- Keep guest records accurate and updated as needed.
- Process transactions accurately, handling various payment methods.
- Ensure smooth phone and email communication, offering prompt and courteous assistance.
Maintain a Tidy Medical Spa:
- Keep the reception area, floors, and common areas clean, organized, and stocked.
- Manage promotional materials and ensure displays are current.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with spa staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Communicate guest preferences and needs effectively to service providers.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service or Front Desk roles, preferably in a year in a medical spa setting.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational abilities to handle a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using spa software for appointment scheduling.
- Knowledge of medical spa services is advantageous.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
