We have an opening! Assistant manager needed for local complex. Experience a plus but will train the right candidate.
Qualified persons should be well organized, experienced in both people and problem solving skills.
Candidates must possess computer skills and be familiar with Microsoft programs (Excel/Word/Outlook). Looking for someone who is personable, friendly, reliable and responsible, professional and clean in appearance.
Training provided for RentManager software but experience a plus.

Responsibilities and Duties
Greeting and assisting prospects and tenants as needed.
Phones, emails, faxes, filing.
Routine inspections and reporting.
Vacancy turn-over estimations.
Thoroughly processing applications.
Accounts receivable (processing and applying payment and create deposits)
Lease completions and acting on behalf of company as witness.
Handling correspondence and addressing complaints and maintenance requests.

Qualifications and Skills
Thorough, detail-oriented. Dependable. Familiar with computers and office environment. Experience as leasing agent or property management.
