Duties
- Assist the Property Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the property
- Handle resident inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Conduct property tours and show available units to potential residents
- Prepare lease agreements, renewals, and move-in/move-out processes
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and ensure timely completion
- Perform regular inspections of the property to ensure it is well-maintained
- Assist in marketing efforts to attract new residents and maximize occupancy rates
- Maintain accurate records and files related to property management activities
- Assist with rent collection and financial reporting/Prepare late notices
Requirements
- Previous experience in property management or a related field preferred
- Strong sales skills to effectively market available units
- Knowledge of property maintenance and contract management
- Professional appearance and great work ethics/ Energetic and goal driven
- Familiarity with property management software and office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Understanding of facilities management principles and practices
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to property management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with residents, vendors, and team members
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
