Touchstone currently manages communities in Tennessee, Virginia, Florida, and Pennsylvania.

We are currently seeking a qualified Assistant Community Manager for our property in Greeneville, TN. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining property operations by attracting and serving residents, while ensuring financial goals are met.

Duties include:
- Represent Touchstone and its owner clients, its individual properties, employees and residents in a professional, pleasant and productive manner at all times.
- Assist Community Manager.
- Attract new customers and guests through active marketing and excellent customer service.
- Inspect the community grounds and community-owned homes daily to maintain a clean, presentable appearance; identify any unusual activity; recognize and recommend areas for improvement to promote pride in community grounds.
- Establish rent collections above 95% of charged revenue.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of community rules & regulations, lease forms and state and local ordinances and enforce as such among all community residents.
- Build relationships with residents and respond to all resident needs to identify and resolve issues.
- Community event planning.
- Office duties include filing, organizing, and documenting.
- Daily computer work.
- Perform other duties as assigned and requested.
Requirements include:
- Manufactured or affordable housing experience a plus.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Excellent customer service skills, including communication, problem-solving and organization.
- Marketing and sales experience with respect to leasing up a property.
- Detail oriented with strong time management, leadership, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to multitask and be a team player in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Office, Google products such as Gmail and Calendar, scanning and uploading documents to the web and taking photos and uploading them to the web. Experience with Property Management and Accounting software (Rent Manager) preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
