Property Management Assistant

The Property Management Assistant will provide administrative and leasing support for the Crossville, TN multifamily portfolio.

Duties/responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day administrative and leasing support for Property Management operations.
• Enter updates into the Property Management system.
• Provide assistance managing leases for potential and existing tenants.
• Field general questions from tenants and customers and follow up with resolution.
• Accept and process rent payments.
• Assist with collection and delinquency process.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional, team player who can work with all levels of the organization, including ownership.
• Impeccable follow through, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

• Strong time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
• Flexibility to perform various tasks with objectives that may frequently shift.
• Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new or updated software.
• Administrative experience working in Property Management, real estate, construction, or related industries is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• Must be able to walk all areas of property and climb multiple flights of stairs in all types of weather.
