CUSA LLC is a nationally recognized Hospitality and Property Management Company, and we are seeking an individual to assist with the day to day management of the operations at the My Town Extended Stay hotel located at 1271 Antioch Pike Nashville TN. The property is unique in that it has limited hours of operations and doesn't offer after hours check ins. The hotel maintains a high occupancy with a regular community of long-term guests.
This position at the hotel will support the General Manager in all aspects of the operations and be able to oversee the office in the Mangers absence. Scheduling is flexible and entails 35-40 hours per week. It also includes some evenings and weekends as needed. Applicants should have experience in management and/or operational oversight and hotel management experience is a plus but not mandatory. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Greet and check in/out guest
- Open and/or close the office and daily shifts and act as MOD (Manager On Duty) in absence of General Manager.
- Direct housekeeping and maintenance on various tasks
- Receive and disburse mail and packages for guests
- Collect daily and weekly rents
- Address guest and phone inquiries
- Prepare daily deposits and assist in review hotel invoices for accuracy and posting
- Inspect rooms upon check out and prior to check in.
Requirements
- Must be highly motivated, self-directed, with strong initiative and desire for achievement.
- Must possess strong computer skills.
- Prior hospitality not mandatory
- Must be flexible and willing to work some evenings & weekends.
- Qualified candidates should posses at least 1 year supervisory or management experience
