We are looking for competent employees ready to deliver exceptional service to our members and their guests. Our Front Desk Agent/Locker room attendant must have a friendly and positive attitude. We offer daily staff meals, and a unique, team-focused work environment.

The agent is responsible for greeting members and guests in a personable, friendly, and inviting manner, and guiding them to appropriate areas; answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls while providing basic information when needed; responsible for reservations for various functions and performing other computer-based tasks and basic filing. Also is cross trained to set up and maintain ladies locker room

Responsibilities:

• Answers phone and greets Members
• Responds to inquiries and questions
• Answer telephones and process dining and event reservations, changes and cancellations, and confirmations, with care and accuracy according to established procedures, Schedules bridge games, set up for member play
• Assumes coat check/shoe shine responsibilities
• Maintains cleanliness in ladies locker room area
• Creating remarkable experiences for our Club Members before, during, and after every visit
• Maintain the lobby, front entrance, workstation, locker room, and other surrounding areas clean and free of debris
• Accommodate Member and guest requests for business services, including but not limited to faxing, copying, mailing, and other concierge services, owning the request from start to finish, and provide occasional snacks for card games

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
