- Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Register guests and assign rooms
- Provide information about services available in the hotel
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Manage phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate department
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Maintain guest records and update information as needed
- Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable at all times
Job Requirements
- You must have 2+ years of experience in a customer service field
- High school diploma/G.E.D equivalent
- Hotel experience is a major plus
- An ability to problem solve
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Computer Skills
- Multi-tasking

Pay: $11.00 per hour
