Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and provide information to guests or transfer calls to appropriate departments
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Assist with reservations and provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as required
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
- Knowledge of hotel management systems (Opera)
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Familiarity with hospitality management principles and practices
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of guest relations best practices
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $12.25 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
