- Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Register guests, issue room keys, and provide information on hotel services
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and effectively
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are cleaned and ready for guests
- Resolve guest complaints and issues calmly and professionally
- Maintain a tidy and organized Front Desk area
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel management, or related field preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Excellent customer service abilities with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of Front Desk operations, night audit procedures, and guest relations
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in using hotel management software systems
