Duties:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring their satisfaction
- Handle reservations and manage room assignments
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities
- Perform other duties as required

Skills:

- Excellent guest relations skills with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Familiarity with night audit processes is a plus
- Proficient in Front Desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, room assignments, and reservation management
- Knowledge of hotel management software systems is preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems used in the hospitality industry

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
