Front Desk Agents will handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist guests with check-ins and check-outs
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Process reservations and cancellations
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
